Blackberry Stock Up 32 Percent This Year, Apple Stock Down 40 Percent

Here is a stat that we really do not know how to digest: Blackberry's stock is up 32 percent since the beginning of this year, and Apple's stock is down 40 percent (Source). We tried associating some trends to this stat, but we couldn't.

It could be that the market believes that the Blackberry growth story from now is more promising than Apple's. We find that argument hard to digest.
