World Unemployment To Reach Record High Of 202 Million In 2013

Just when you think things are getting back in shape, some stat or projection comes along that makes you think that the whole thing might just be hype, and the reality is too dim. We spotted one such stat today, this one from the International Labor Organization, that unemployment worldwide will hit a record high in 2013, and some 202 million folks will be jobless in 2013. What is more scary, is the year that holds the current record: 2009. So we are effectively saying that 2012 has been worse than 2008. oh-oh.
