Stunning: 2.4 Million People Found Jobs Last Month

When a number is way out of the normal, people notice it, like the latest number on jobs - that more than 2.4 million found jobs this last month (Source: WSJ)

Why is it surprising: two reasons. One - This is an election month more or less and Two - seasonally this has not been the case. But if you change the focus to Net jobs added - 114000 - thats more in sync with what we have been hearing, regardless of what Jack Welch says.
