Wireless Statistics: Average Wireless Bill Increased 7% in 2012

The definition of utility is slowly changing, and the wireless companies are solid beneficiaries of that. We spotted today, that some 70 percent of wireless subscribers own smartphones, and as a result, the average wireless bill has gone up some 7 percent (Source)

That increase might not sound too steep - but if you count in the other multiplying factor, revenue, then the magnitude of the overall change to the industry becomes apparent.
